A key belief at Congruent Safety is that every practitioner is (or should be) a “safe pair of hands”. That’s a given in our business; we expect to be relied upon and trustworthy. More than that, the best practitioners are creative and don’t give up when they meet an obstacle. They can find a way to ensure best practice is maintained alongside all the other objectives a business has. They make health, safety and environment a complementary activity, and then ultimately an integrated one. Health, safety and sustainability should be grafted into an organisations DNA.

Congruent Safety was founded in 2018 by Registered OSCHR Consultant Stacey Collins, a health and safety practitioner with 30 years experience and an IOSH member of over 20 years.
